It all started when I slid into depression
You think you have it all figured out, until the body starts to resist everything; then you know you're on the wrong route!
About ten years ago, at the age of 30, I thought everything was 'perfect'. I had done it all how I was 'supposed' to. But nothing was actually working for me.
It eventually became clear that I kept pushing myself to stay in the 'wrong' place, surrounded by the 'wrong' people, doing things that were actually out of alignment with my true self and my purpose.

The turning point that changed everything
I had to break free from within but I didn't know how! It took me years to stand where I stand today, and trust me - there are times that I still pinch myself that I made it through!
I found yoga and short after, life coaching. Both give me the much needed space to breathe, reflect and evolve.
My biggest desire is to support you in living your life as freely and as lovingly as possible.
